1.    When will my order be delivered?

We usually deliver within 3-5 working days of dispatch of the order, In Metro cities it takes 3-4 working days in metro-cities. It may vary location to location.

 

2.   RETURN POLICY 

We at KHADINDIA.COM work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at an impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design simply request return/exchange the product within 07 days of delivery including delivery date.

To return/exchange a product, simply email us: bharatkhadi.kol18@gmail.com with your registered email id, mention your order id & name of the customer. Wait for reply up to 02 working hours, Email is a mandatory process for exchange or return & refund of the product.

 

A) How do you get the exchange? 

·    Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently under trial and available only for exchange of product with same or different product and on locations which fall under the service network of our courier partners. 

·      Please Note Reverse Pick-up only available for “EXCHANGE PRODUCTS”. Reverse pickup is only available for the request made within 5 days from delivery date of the product. After reverse pickup done, in case decision changed from exchange to refund then ₹200 per product will be charged as a reverse pickup handling charges.

·     In case of order where reverse pickup service not available by our courier partner, customers can self-ship the items to our return address only after our approvals. In this case, a complimentary coupon code equal to Rs. 100 will be issued for future Purchase. The coupon is Non-Refundable or non-negotiable. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

 B) How do you return & get a refund?

 

·    Self-ship: Customer will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us on our return address mentioned below. Any charges for the self-ship product are to be borne by the customer, Full Order amount will be refunded. For all self-shipped returns, a complimentary coupon code equal to Rs. 100 will be issued on customer request for future Purchase. The coupon will be Non-Refundable or non-negotiable. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items. The returned product must be UNUSED and UNWASHED.

 

 C)-Need to return /exchange – Few points to remember

 

·     Returns/exchange request need to be placed within 05 days of the delivery of product via EMAIL.

·      All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place.

·     In case you received a damaged, defective, wrong product, or less quantity then order, the company should be notified via email or by calling customer care within 24 hours of delivery. We might request you to share snap-shocare@inkhadi.com

 

·     We will arrange a reverse pickup for an exchange & only once. Its mandatory & customers duty to take a manifest sign copy from pickup boy with name and mobile number. Once pickup has done just share the screenshot of the manifest via the same email. If pickup not done within the given time on email, its customer's responsibility to notify us by replying to the same email. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time are to be borne by the customer.

    In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to INKHADI.COM. In this case, a complimentary coupon code equal to Rs. 100 will be issued for future Purchase. Coupon Non-Refundable or non-negotiable. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items. 

 

·     In case you choose return & refund then the product must be shipped within 07 days (including delivery date) of the delivery of the product. Once shipped, Please share tracking details on same email and bank details.

·      Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

·     Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service or INDIA POST(Speed-Post).

E) Refund options for you

 

·     COD Orders: Refund will be given only in BANK ACCOUNT or In the form of Coupon Code in 2-3 working days after receiving the product in original condition only.

·     Prepaid Orders: Refund will be transferred to the same Bank or Card or Wallet used for making payment in 2-3 working days. It may take 4-8 working days to reflect in the same account after refund initiated because it's processed by Payment Gateway to Bank.

 

F) Non-returnable products-

    The products marked with "No Return/Exchange" unless wrong product delivered.

  

G) Terms & Conditions***
